MG Motors concludes developer programme

Hyderabad British automobile brand, MG Motor India recently concluded its MG Developer Programme and Grant Season 4.0. Hyderabad-based companies Centaur Automotive and Amplify Cleantech Solutions received recognition for their ideas. The theme of the programme was ‘Electric Vehicles – Innovate for India.’
Launched in partnership with Invest India and Startup India as lead partners, the technology partners were Jiobp, Exicom, Fortum, CESL, Attero, MapmyIndia, and Bosch. While Centaur Automotive designs, develops and manufactures electric bicycles, Amplify Cleantech Solutions operates EV charging stations across India. MGDP 4.0 received over 250 entries from students, innovators, inventors, startups, and tech companies. The top 14 shortlisted teams entered the virtual jury round. In all, six winners were declared as part of MGDP 4.0, with two each from Hyderabad and Bengaluru and one each from Mumbai and Gurgaon.
